The 35th Youth Festival is being held in Medjugorje from August 1st to August 6th, under the motto "Mary has chosen the good part..." (Luke 10, 42). This spiritual retreat for young people this year will also gather thousands of youth from all over the world, and before the start of the International Youth Prayer Meeting, a press conference will be held on Thursday, August 1, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. in the Hall of St. John Paul II. (Yellow hall behind the White Dome of St. James Church).
The media will be addressed by the Apostolic Visitor with a special role for the parish of Medjugorje, Archbishop Aldo Cavalli, and the parish priest of Medjugorje, Br. Zvonimir Pavičić, who will present the program of the 35th Youth Festival in more details.
Video transmission of this conference for the media, as well as the entire program of the Youth Festival from the White Dome of St. James’ church in Medjugorje, will be available live via YouTube and Facebook channel Media Mir Medjugorje in Croatian, English, German, Italian, Spanish, French, Russian, Polish, Slovakian, Hungarian, Chinese Mandarin, Chinese Cantonese, Korean, Ukrainian, Portuguese and Romanian language.
