The experiences of pilgrims in Medjugorje

date: 25.05.2015.

At the end of May many pilgrims came to Medjugorje from Germany, Austria, the United States, Italy, France, Ireland, England, Mexico, Poland, Slovenia, Belgium, Korea, Czech Republic, Slovakia and Indonesia. We had chance to talk to Fr. Niki a Devcic, a member of the Franciscan Province of St. Jerome with the seat in Zadar.   Fr. Nikica participated at the seminar for doctors, as he is a doctor himself. This is what he told us about his experience: „I liked this seminar a lot, it was really nice.  I regret that there were not many more participants from Croatia, there were only 15 of us. Probably we need to work more on publishing these seminars, so people can get to know about these events, so they would make use of it for their own spiritual benefits of those, as well as as an aid in the very demanding service of health workers, regardless of their profession as doctors, nurses, pharmaceutics, technicians. I always like coming to Medjugorje, I feel here as I am at home, there is a lot of prayers and praises of God...I would like to stay more, for at least month or two, but I need to return to my duties,“ said Fr. Nikica Devcic.
