The experiences of pilgrims in Medjugorje

date: 28.04.2014.

On Divine Mercy Sunday, April 27, we registered many groups in Medjugorje that came from Croatia, the United States, Ireland, Scotland, Italy, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Korea, Slovenia, Slovakia, Hungary, France, Canada, Poland, Lebanon, Ukraine and Spain.
Among the pilgrims that came from Croatia, we met 80 years old Marija from Nova Gradiska who came to Medjugorje for the 80th time. She said that she was able to experience great grace here: "When I return home, my family says that they can feel peace, love and happiness. Nothing without the Lord, and all with the Lord. Blessed are those who trust in the Lord, for that is the greatest treasure and greatest love."
Among pilgrims that came from island Ciovo we met Jela that witnesses how she comes to Medjugorje all the time to be filled with the Holy Spirit. Ljubica from Livno is also a frequent pilgrim to Medjugorje: "I experience peace here, especially on today's day when two Popes were canonised. We are not aware how great God's grace is today. For if we were aware of that, we would have lived happier lives." Marko from Sibenik is thrilled with Medjugorje and said that he would continue coming here: "I came to Medjugorje many times, this is where one feels peace. I know Gospa is here. This is where we continue prayer we say in our towns, but this is where one can freely pray the Rosary indeed."
