Many pilgrims from all over the world are arriving to Medjugorje in October, month devoted to Our Lady. The Information office registered groups from Italy, Poladn, Portugal, Belgium, Spain, Argentina, Vietnam, Korea, Hungary, Lebanon, Germany, Austria, Ireland, the United States, Canada, England, France, China, Ukraine, Brazil, Mexico, Romania and Slovakia. Grace El Hawa came from Lebanon. She arrived for the first time to Medjugorje in 2013, when she experienced the complete transformation in her spiritual life and in her faith. She told us that she got to know the group “Youth of Mary” for the first time. She was drawn closer to Gospa and Her messages by the prayer. The Youth of Mary became active in 1998, when young people in Lebanon started to gather to hear the messages of the Queen of Peace from Medjugorje. „In the beginning, it was a small group of people who gathered at the Construction Faculty in Lebanon, we began by praying the Rosary and by living the spirit of Medjugorje that Gospa asked of us and we decided to come here for pilgrimages. The group grew each day more and gathered children from the schools who were taught how to pray the Rosary. The Youth of Mary is all over Lebanon, we have about 50 different groups all over the country and around 1000 people pray along with us. Our prayers are based on the spirit of Medjugorje, on what Our Lady is asking of us, on five weapons She gave us in the struggle against satan. We always begin our prayer meetings by the prayer of Rosary, Holy Mass and Adoration. Every person from our group who came here felt the blessings and the fruit of this place. Just recently, one of our members decided to become a priest and few of the declared atheists discovered faith in Međugorju”. (photos)
