The Solemnity of the Immaculate Conception was celebrated in Medjugorje and the evening Holy Mass was celebrated by the Apostolic Visitor for the parish of Medjugorje, Archbishop Henryk Hoser, along with 14 priests concelebrating. There were two more Holy Masses in Croatian language on that day as well as those in other languages of the groups that were represented in Medjugorje in these days.
Prayer to the Blessed Virgin Mary
Mother of God, the Immaculate Mary, I consecrate to you my soul and my body, all of my prayers, my joys and sorrows, all of myself and all I have.
I surrender myself to you to be the slave of your love. I surrender to you my freedom, so you would use me in salvation of people and in helping to the Holy Church whose Mother you are.
From this day on, I wish to do all with you, through you and for you. I know that with my own strength I cannot accomplish anything, but you can do all that is the will of your Son and you are the one who always wins. (photos)
