Premiere of documentary „40“ in Međugorje

date: 17.10.2015.

Premiere of documentary  „40“, made by pro-life initiative „40 days for life“ is going to be held in Medjugorje, on Thursday, October 22, at 8 p.m. in the Hall of St. John Paul II, who was great fighter for the life and the unborn. The abortions were legalised in 1973 in the United States, all with the motto of „Women's rights“. At the 40th anniversary of this law, family Morales made this documentary called „40“ which presents the reality after the abortions were legalised in this country. The film brings stories of mothers who had abortions and how that influenced their lives as well as the society of the United States. „Even though the documentary is about the abortions in the United States, we need to acknowledge that this sad reality is all over Europe and our Bosnia and Herzegovina as well. As a matter of fact, the abortions have been legalised in our country in 1977, and ever since then, our public does not speak about this "legalised murder". It is high time for something to be changed and for the truth to be revealed. It is high time for us to define what abortions and the "culture of the death" are, and what are the consequences for one state and its society.  We are very blessed that the premiere of this documentary is going to be held on the feast of St. John Paul II in Medjugorje. Come and join us!", says the invitation letter of the organisation team of pro-life initiative "40 days for life" Mostar, that is held in Bosnia and Herzegovina for the first time this fall.
