Easter Sunday, April 4, Sunday of Resurrection of Our Lord- Holy Masses in Croatian will be at 8 and 11 a.m. and at 6 p.m.
Holy Thursday, April 1– The institution of the Holy Eucharist and Priesthood. There will be no services in the morning in the parish church. Solemn Holy Mass will be at 6 p.m., when we celebrate the Institution of the Supper of Lord. After Holy Mass, there will be Adoration of the Blessed Sacrament.
Good Friday, April 2 – Friday of the Passion of the Lord. There will be no Holy Mass or service in the morning. The Way of the Cross for parishioners and Croatian pilgrims will be at 11 a.m. on Cross Mountain. The Rosary will be at 5 p.m. The service of Good Friday and service of the Passion of Our Lord shall take place at 6 p.m. Good Friday is a day of strict fasting. As per instructions of our Diocese, all alms collected on Good Friday are intended for Holy Land.
Holy Saturday - Easter Vigil, April 3– There will be no service in the morning in the church. The Rosary shall take place at 6 p.m. in the parish church and the Easter Vigil begins at 7 p.m.
In these days, confession shall take place each day from 4. – 5.30 p.m., and from Monday to Wednesdays from 4.30 p.m. onwards.
The prayer programme will be broadcasted by Radio Mir Medjugorje. In Holy Triduum, all priests take part in the evening prayer programme and once the Holy Mass starts, there will no longer be any opportunity for confessions. Parish office urges all faithful to confess prior to Holy Triduum.
